I stream my workouts as a diet, fitness, and motivation Q&A talk show. I am not inventing anything new. I am not discovering some brand new science. Everything I have to say is something I have learned from others. You can learn everything I know from books, dvds, youtube, and the internet.
However, there is something to be said about getting help from another human being live. There is something to be said about hearing someone on screen personally guide you to a new life style. There is something to be said about a stranger going out of their way to say they will walk on this journey with you. That is why I stream and that is the heart of TominationTime.
