TominationTime has been changing my life and my kid’s lives since the first day watching.

You’re so inspirational and motivating with your positivity. I was one of those that kept putting it off, I didn’t have the time or urge to get healthier. After watching and learning new things, plus being motivated by you I decided to change. Honestly I’ve never counted calories before watching Tominationtime.

Now I count them and use a calorie deficit for daily intake. From learning how much calories is in food and TDEE I’ve changed my family’s meal choices to fit within the healthy range to where we don’t over eat. So far I’ve lost 16 pounds total in about 15 days.

So thank you for motivating and inspiring me to not put off getting healthier. I know anytime I have a question, that I can always ask on TominationTime.

After one month of watching Tom, being around you guys, and just breaking the code of weight loss for me being cals. I have lost 18.2 lbs.

Thank you all for the motivation. When I lose 7lb this month, I will be at my lowest weight in the last 4 years.

Now I just need to start lifting to get some gainz, and so when the fat is gone.

I love this channel and the amazing help TominationTime has been for me.

Still keeping up with my healthy lifestyle and closing in on 30lbs cut in a month and a half. I was worried, with being a full time parent and part time job, I wouldn’t be able to do what was needed to live a fit life. I started working with TominationTime about one month ago and Tom has been such an inspiration to me on my fitness journey. When I met Tom, I had so many questions and concerns about body image. I was scared that as a pole dancer, I would end up looking too bulky in my upper body, but Tom quickly assured me that we could work on that along with building up my booty.

Tom put together a booty-filled plan for me and educated me on calorie counting and how I could lose weight by managing my calorie intake. I’m still getting used to calorie counting, but I’ve making small progress at the gym! This all would not have been possible if I had not met Tom. Not only is Tom knowledgeable on fitness and health, but he is motivated to help others with their journeys.

Tom has been an incredible mentor and friend to me during the last month. I constantly bug him with questions about fitness and fitness myths, and Tom is always happy to answer them! He really listens to your concerns and tries to understand your goals so that he can tailor a workout plan towards you. He believes in everyone and having him cheer me on has made my fitness journey 10x more enjoyable!

Tom I’ve been watching you since December and I’ve lost about 40 pounds already. Every time I get down, I just watch your stream and it keeps me going.

Calculating my TDEE and using myfitnesspal everyday has helped me the most. it made me feel like i was much more in control of the weight loss.

Every time I slip up, I would watch your stream and it would motivate me to pick myself up again. I still got more to go, but you’ve changed my life man 🙂
